The Group, owns a portfolio of investment properties. It comprises multiple strata units of the Lam Soon Industrial Building at 63 Hillview Avenue, which are leased to third parties under operating leases. Investment properties represent the largest category of assets on the consolidated statement of financial position of the Group and this industrial building is one of the Group’s major investment properties.
The Group acquired freehold units of Lam Soon Industrial Building in 2013. It is a 10-storey industrial development surrounded by HDB estates, industrial and private residential areas. Schools, educational institutions, amenities, and shopping malls are available in vicinity covered by convenient transportation network.
